Who we are

Please do not send banking details, government ID numbers, passwords, documents, or detailed medical history by text. When private application information is required, it is collected through a secure Bluebird or insurer form.

What we collect

When you submit the form on this page we collect the contact details you provide (such as your name, mobile number and email) and any answers you choose to share. We also receive basic technical and campaign information, such as the marketing parameters in the link you arrived from, which helps us understand which ad or page sent you here.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your insurance inquiry by text, to ask the follow-up questions needed to understand your situation, and to discuss options that may fit. Submitting the form is a request for text communication about that inquiry. Standard message rates may apply, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

If you proceed with an application, we share the information required with the relevant insurer or insurers so they can assess it. Coverage and pricing always depend on eligibility, underwriting, the policy terms and the insurer.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not send your insurance answers, health information or coverage details to advertising or analytics platforms. Where conversion measurement is used, it records only that a form was submitted — never what you wrote in it.

Service providers

The form and our messaging are handled by our customer relationship platform, and this site is served by our hosting provider. These providers process information on our behalf and only to deliver the service. Some processing may take place outside Canada.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for the conversation and for the record keeping expected of a licensed insurance agent. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing mathew@bluebirdassurance.ca.
